Award-winning German bedroom manufacturer Wiemann recently appointed a new HDI quality manager to further develop its customer systems.
Andrew Mear will ensure Wiemann’s continuity and progression in providing excellent customer service. His job involves looking at evolving the manufacturer’s HDI framework to ensure it continues to lead rather than follow. Andrew brings 20 years’ experience in furniture retail, delivery and assembly to the company.

Andrew has settled in to his new role extremely well, including the UK agent team, hubs and customers. He’s an expert in their products, fitting and management and has already contributed to the improvement of service provision as well as troubleshooting quickly and effectively.
Going forward, Andrew’s future focus is to review the companys HDI system, procedures and service so they can focus on improving current offers and take a lead in bedroom furniture assembly and customer service – he will be a core part of our business strategy in the UK.”
