County Tyrone based bedding manufacturer Comfizone LTD T/A Washingbay Mattress Craft are pleased to announce the acquisition of the mattress manufacturer Restwell Manufacturing LTD.
In the last 10 years both Washingbay and Restwell have grown to become
two of Ireland’s leading producers of Mattresses, Divan beds and Headboards.
The acquisition will take place on the 1st of September 2018. Comfizone Ltd will continue to operate both brands “Restwell and Washingbay Mattress Craft” from two factories in County Tyrone now with over 100000 sq ft of factory space and utilising the very latest in mattress production machinery. This partnership will accelerate the company’s growth plans and give our comprehensive network of retailers better access to all products.
