FIRA have confirmed that Lebus Upholstery Ltd are the first Independent manufacturer to successfully achieve Certified status under their “Compliance Scheme for the Fire Performance of Upholstered Furniture.
Lincolnshire based Lebus Upholstery, who are one of the UK leading sofa manufacturers passed a robust and exhaustive audit process, which forensically examined the Companies management systems, control of materials, traceability compliance testing, labelling and crisis management systems. The Company managed to pass vigorous and intrusive examination with “flying colours”.
It further underlines the Company's commitment to the highest possible standards of compliance and due diligence throughout the business and to provide its customers with the reassurance that they are buying product which fully complies with all current legislation.
